My "Greats"

As of about 24 hours ago, I am now the great aunt to 14 great nieces and nephews! The 14th was born yesterday evening in Houston. This one is a great niece. And she is the 2nd great niece born this year. Both were born to daughters-in-law of my younger sister. The newest one's name is Mary Katherine. She is named after both of her grandmothers.

Please join me in praying for Mary Katherine and the 13 other great nieces and nephews I have. I long for each of them to know Christ as their personal Savior and love Him more than anything. Pray for their parents as they raise them. I don't envy parents raising children in this day and age. It will take great wisdom.

This week I had the opportunity to spend time with three of my older nieces. They are 14, 12, and 10 years old. I stopped in at their home on the way to Ohio and back.

If you prayed for me as I drove to Ohio and spoke there, thank you. The Lord blessed as I went, and I was very much aware of His help.
