Another New Testament is Dedicated!

Yet another people group in India now has the New Testament in their language. As of Monday afternoon, local time, the Inpui Naga New Testament was dedicated and made available to those who speak this language in Northeast India. What a joy it must have been for those people to receive God's Word in their heart language after years of anticipating this day! Asia and Pacific Projects Coordinator Eric Elmer represented us at the dedication. So, we're rejoicing again at Bibles International--thankful for the privilege of partnering with these people as we assisted them in translating God's Word into their language.

Please continue to pray with us about the number of positions that need to be filled in our office. The Lord knows just the persons that could fill these positions effectively. There is so much work and there are so few of us trying to accomplish it. "Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest" (Matt. 9:38).

We continue to work toward the publication of 13 other Scripture portions or complete Bibles by the end of 2014. Please ask the Lord to enable us to accomplish the work. At the same time, please ask Him to provide the necessary funds. The task is enormous and only with His enablement will we be able to see these projects through to completion.

It must be really exciting to work there, so close to the actual work of getting Scripture into new languages!
