The Woods is Lovely, Dark and Deep....

 

 

 

 

 

As beautiful as the pictures are, they don't do justice to the scene outside my apartment. God's handiwork is simply fantastic!

The ice began coming yesterday, and this morning the snow fell on top of it. If one can simply sit inside viewing the magnificent scenery, one can only marvel at God's handiwork. I'm thankful I was able to make it safely to church this morning and back home. Many, many of the churches around here were closed. I had little competition on the streets as I drove to church at 8:45 this morning. But I'm thankful I was able to get there and back without difficulty.

Now, if only the snow will hold off until I can get down to southwestern Indiana ... At this point, I'm planning on leaving on Tuesday. Please pray.
